Description
When my wife and I got out of the car at Trinidad State Beach in Trinidad California one February morning we were surprised with a wonderful rainbow to start our day. The right (north) end of the rainbow appeared to come right up out of Pewetole Island. It was certainly a pretty way to start the day.
Trinidad is a wonderful little town of only a few hundred people that sits a couple hundred feet above it's own natural harbor and this wonderful beach. The harbor plays a vital role in both commercial and recreational fishing activities.
