This image captures a Spotted Towhee on a snow mound looking for a meal. I captured the image in Janesville California, USA, after several days of heavy snowfall hit the area. The Towhees, Juncos, Jays, and occasional Doves are frequently under my finch feeder looking for seeds the finches drop.
