Panorama of a meadow/pasture area that is part of the Sacramento River Bend area if Tehama County, near the town of Red Bluff in northern California. This image was shot in early spring amid wonderful golden late afternoon light as a storm was blowing out leaving wonderfully dramatic low clouds in the sky. This image is minimally processed as the real scene was dreamy and ethereal with little digital help required!
First of all, thank you for stopping by my little gallery. Whether you're a fellow artist, potential buyer, or a casual observer, I'm glad something made you want to take a look at my work. I've appreciated fine photography of all types for as long as I remember. I suspect it is at least partially hereditary as my parents met while each was involved in photographic pursuits for the US Navy (mom in the darkroom and dad in the field). Since my first instant film camera as an adolescent, I've always had a passion for photography and a real appreciation for what goes in to making a truly fine image.
