Artist's Description
Small stand of quaking aspens hanging on to golden fall tones in late autumn against a backdrop of stones along the bank of the Susan River near Susanville California, USA. The muted tones of the cottonwoods around the aspens along with the stones gives the image a feel a bit like a selective color image and the aspens really grab the viewer's eye.
