Description
This long exposure image was captured at Lunker Landing on Antelope Lake in Plumas County, California, USA. This was my first time back to the lake after the evil beast known as the Dixie Fire ravaged nearly a million acres, many of them very close to my beloved little lake. I was very glad to see that much of the forest directly adjacent to the lake was saved from the ravages of the blaze. On this evening there was a small storm system approaching so I opted to shoot a long exposure to capture the motion of the approaching clouds along with the warm tones of the evening sun that was still filtering through.
